Forty SEO Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services rendered.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable period. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the province of Alberta, Canada.
9. Changes to Terms
